Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar (375ml)

We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont.  This balsamic is outrageously good.  Think pancakes, B-B-Q sauce base, waffles, maple balsamic glazed bacon, pork chops, salmon, glazed ham, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, and fruit, the possibilities are endless. It was made to be used with our butter-infused olive oil, California toasted almond oil, and blood orange fused (agrumato) olive oil.  It works well with any number of extra virgin olive oils in our collection.

Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.

Sweet, tart, a little spicy…and made from 100% real honey! This vinegar is deliciously distinct and adds mellow spicy-honey flavor to salads, and pan sauces for roasted meats, seafood, and poultry. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert combination! No added sugars. All-natural, always!

This balsamic has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor, fruitier than most balsamic vinegar. It’s a wonderful way of adding aroma and taste to complement any dish. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutney, and vegetables. It is amazingly drizzled on pork, chicken, or fish. Mix equally without Toasted Almond Oil and shake well for a knock-out vinaigrette dressing.
