Thai Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar (375ml)

Use our sweet, floral Key Lime White Balsamic in shrubs, marinades, mixed cocktails, pickles, over berries or cut up fruit. Makes a wonderful glaze or addition to marinades and dressings. Excellent when mixed with sparkling water for a refreshing, crisp beverage. Use to glaze poultry, seafood, vegetables, pork, and much more!

Pairs well with lime olive oil, lemon olive oil, blood orange olive oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Gremolata Olive Oil, Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil, Toasted almond oil, Toasted Sesame oil, Mandarin Olive Oil, Baklouti Olive Oil, and any UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

If you take a hint of apricot, combine it with the floral notes of golden-ripe Japanese plums, and the luscious, sweet-tart characteristics of our aged white balsamic from Modena Italy. It pairs well with Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil, Orange Olive Oil, and Basil Olive Oil. ​Ingredients: Grape must, white wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites.

We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont.  This balsamic is outrageously good.  Think pancakes, B-B-Q sauce base, waffles, maple balsamic glazed bacon, pork chops, salmon, glazed ham, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, and fruit, the possibilities are endless. It was made to be used with our butter-infused olive oil, California toasted almond oil, and blood orange fused (agrumato) olive oil.  It works well with any number of extra virgin olive oils in our collection.

Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.
