Elderberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar (375ml)

Playfully tart yet pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has excellent balanced acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings, or in mixed drinks.  Use in marinades, cocktails, shrubs, mixed drinks, or simply add a splash to sparkling water. Pairs well with garlic olive oil, lime olive oil, lemon olive oil, basil olive oil, Tuscan Herb olive oil, or our Baklouti chili oil. Makes a fantastic contribution to salad dressings or marinades!

This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. It has an amazing fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with a gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!
